1. Seller identification

2. Products

The products offered are physical items: compact discs, sheet music books
and related merchandise. Photographs are as accurate as possible but
minor variations in appearance or colour do not constitute grounds for
complaint.

Products are offered subject to available stock.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Shipping costs are added to the product price and shown before the order
is confirmed.

4. Orders

Confirming an order implies acceptance of these terms. A confirmation
email is sent to the buyer once payment has been recorded.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by PayPal or debit/credit card at the time of
ordering. Orders are processed only after payment has cleared.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped from France by tracked postal service.

Shipping costs:

France: €3.00 for discs and merchandise, €4.50 for books
Europe outside France: €4.00 and €6.50
Rest of the world: €6.00 and €10.00

Where an order contains several items, only the highest applicable rate
is charged.

Products are dispatched within 10 working days of payment confirmation.
In the event of exceptional delay, the buyer will be informed by email.

Any customs duties or import taxes applicable outside the European Union
remain payable by the buyer.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has fourteen
days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase,
